I am no sprinter. I am not an elite athlete. I am a slow endurance competitor, who is not afraid of being one of the last to finish in an event. Being overweight was no excuse! As I have lost the weight, I have seen a great improvement in my results. Age is also no barrier. I am one of the most senior in years competing in events and these challenges.

Consuming the right food and nutrients is essential to achieving your goals. We have our own dietitian and we work some other awesome dietitians to help you determine what you are eating and how it affects your health and wellness.
