Welcome to Mind Body Motion Fitness Solutions!

There are two things that we can guarantee at Mind Body Motion Fitness Solutions.

If you train with us on a regular basis, whether it be personal training, our group classes, our Run Club, or working with us on your own Virtual Coach program, you WILL get fitter, you WILL lose measurements, and you WILL feel pretty damn good about yourself!

The other is that you WILL have fun! There is nothing boring or mundane about training with us! Every session guarantees a laugh and you'll walk away with a smile on your face! If you join our group classes, you WILL make new friends whether you intend to or not!

We're a mobile service and we cover most suburbs in the North Shore and the Hills District.

We can teach anyone to run!

Learn how to run. Improve your running technique. Run faster. Enter an event. Run a bigger event. Run non-stop. Whatever your level, age or fitness ability, you will acquire the skills in Run Club. Without a doubt!

One of the most significant aspects to overcoming health issues is your mind. We work with a fantastic partner MyMindCoach who can assist you to overcome your challenges or roadblocks when moving forward to achieving your goals.

BODY

Consuming the right food and nutrients is essential to achieving your goals. We have our own dietitian and we work some other awesome dietitians to help you determne what you are eating and how it affects your health and wellness.

MOTION

This is our area of expertise! Get moving and get motivated with our help. Learn what you can and should do to improve your health. Whether it be group classes, personal training, our Run Club or our Virtual Coach programs, we can keep you active!
