​Length of class
The classes run for 45 minutes.


One per week - $25 per class
Two per week - $21 per class

Three per week - $19 per class

​Type of classes
They're a combination of resistance and cardio exercises and we Mix It Up every week! NOTE: Mondays @ 6:00am are strength based and Thursdays @ 6:00am are high intensity.

What to bring
A fun attitude, a towel and a water bottle.

Fitness level
All fitness levels are catered for as long as you have no serious injuries.
