Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Group classes are a fun way to get fit! No class is the same, we mix it up every week using all sorts of equipment. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


MONDAYS

West Pennant Hills - 6:00am

Epping- 8:15am

West Pennant Hills - 6:00pm

Marsfield - 7:15pm
** NOTE: 6:00am is a strength only class

WEDNESDAYS

West Pennant Hills - 6:00am, 7:00am

THURSDAYS

West Pennant Hills - 6:00am (by appointment only)


FRIDAYS
Epping - 6:00am
