Mix It Up classes

Group classes are a fun way to get fit! No class is the same, we mix it up every week using all sorts of equipment. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


MONDAYS

Epping- 9:00am

West Pennant Hills - 6:00pm

Marsfield - 7:15pm

WEDNESDAYS

West Pennant Hills - 6:00am, 7:15am & 6:00pm

FRIDAYS
Epping - 6:00am

SATURDAYS

West Pennant Hills - 6:30am

Monday & Thursday 6:00am

High Intensity training

Designed for the individual that wants to take their fitness to the next level! Mondays are focused on strength work and Thursdays are a mix of cardio and strength. These 40 min high impact sessions will have you fitter than ever!

Wednesday 7:30pm

Strength & Stability classes

These classes focus on core, hamstring and glute strength, shoulder and upper body stability, improvement of stabilisation muscles, and improvement of flexibility.

Saturday 10:30am (fortnightly)

Stair training

Stairs are an awesome workout. Not only do they improve your cardiovascular systems, they tone your quads, hamstrings and glutes!
