Stair training

Stairs are an awesome cardio workout! They are good for your heart and legs as well as improving muscle tone in your legs.

What are the dates and details?

All sessions are at 10:30am for 45 mins (10 min warm up, 30 min workout and 5 min stretch).

Locations: Joyce Place, Dural (Cherrybrook); West Epping Park off Mountain Street; Ryedale Road, Eastwood. Location advised the week of the stair training.

    What do you need to wear and bring?

    Your training gear, a towel if you use one, a water bottle, and a kickarse attitude!

    Do you need to be fit?

    Not at all. You can walk stairs and still get a good workout. MBM provides a varied stair routine that is suitable for all levels of fitness. Even our fit guys and gals sometimes have to walk the stairs!

    What does it cost?

    It's $15 per session and you pay as you go. So you only pay for the sessions you attend.

    All you need to do is to contact Kaz to book in and be added to our Facebook or WhatsApp group.
