Workouts
Welcome to MBM's Wednesday Workout of the Week!
Every week we will post a new workout and you can complete these at home. Some will have no equipment necessary and others will have some basic equipment. Bodyweight is more than enough to get a great workout however adding in equipment takes it up a notch. Most of the workouts are around 30 mins long.
All our workouts will have the program listed, the equipment itemised (if applicable) and the video's will give you an instructional guide as to how to complete the exercises. We have selected mostly compound exercises (more than one muscle, more than one joint) and all major body parts so that you get all all round effective workout. Some will be specific to certain body parts whilst others will cover all body parts. Often you can do our workouts in a small space at home, or whilst travelling.

This workout features quite a bit of cardio and a core set in the middle. It is along the lines of a Tabata workout however it varies slightly in that we have reduced the amount of sets from 8 to 4. If you are looking for a core and upper body workout, then here it is! By the time you work through one set of these exercises your arms will be wobbly and your core will feel it. This is a tough and consistent workout if you get through one round and then repeat. Coming soon!

This week we have a bodyweight (apart from one skipping exercise) routine that is very straight forward but is a good mix of strength and cardio. It covers all body parts and would suit even a beginner exerciser. Very easy to complete anywhere. Coming soon!

Want to really work your legs, and get your lungs functioning well? Then stairs are the way to go! This is a tough stair routine that should have you breathing heavy and shaping your legs. If you are a runner then this is a great workout to build strength in your legs. Coming soon!

Another Tabata workout, although straying slightly from an original Tabata. This workout focuses on core, cardio and legs primarily. It requires very little equipment and can be completed just about anywhere, with little space required. Coming soon!

Our routine this week provides a bit of variety, in amongst about 600 skips! We have a bit of everything this week and the skipping is designed to keep your heart rate up in between exercises. You wont' get a chance to cool down with this one! Coming soon!
