TIME REQUIRED
Warm up and cool down - 10 to 15 mins
Workout - 30 mins plus a few mins rest time for in between exercises
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
- Skipping rope
- Hill
PROGRAM
2 mins x skipping
5 mins x sprints
1 min x star jumps
3 mins x skipping
1 mins x step overs
2 mins sprints
2 mins skipping
1 x min side jumps
5 mins x hill runs (up and back is 1)
1 x star jumps
2 mins x skipping
3 mins x backwards running
2 mins x skipping
Try to remain as continuous as you can with as little rest as possible between exercises.
TIPS
- Swap legs half way on the stepovers
- Use high knees in skipping to increase the intensity
