Virtual Coach

If we had all the time in the world we would probably have a fitness coach every day of the week to kick our butts into shape! However the reality of it is that we don't. Nor can we all afford our own fitness coach. Let's face it, getting in shape is an investment of both time and money. So if you are going to invest, then why not do it in a way that suits you.

We set up our Virtual Coach program for that very reason, and it's not a "one size fits all" approach.

Warning! Virtual coaching does require you to complete exercise and activities on your own so you do need to have some level of self motivation however we will be there to guide you along the way!

What is Virtual Coaching

What are the elements of a Virtual Coach program

Every Virtual Coach program is based on the individual requirements of our client. You may require an Executive Level program, a program to provide some general guidance to wellbeing, or a running program. We design it after we have assessed your needs.

A Virtual Coach program may consist of one or more of the following elements:

Skype Assessment - An assessment that includes a pre-exercise questionnaire, a virtual postural assessment as well as discussing your goals and how we will manage your program. This can be completed in person depending on where you live.

Nutrition Consultation - Completion of a three or five day typical food diary to be reviewed by our dietitian Karen Hester, followed by a 30-45 minute phone consultation with recommendations as to how you can make changes to ensure your lifestyle is healthy. We also include follow up emails to ensure that you are on track.

Development of the program - Your program may consist of day by day activities, video's to show you what exercises to complete, a written program, or some face to face training (group classes or personal training) depending on where you live. You may even like us to coach you via Skype at a set time each week.

Weekly consultation - Weekly phone or email consultations to assess your progress, discuss any modifications required, and to provide motivation.

What are the fees for the program?

We are happy to disclose our fees as you will see elsewhere on our site, however as the Virtual Coach programs are designed for the individual, the components may vary. Once we understand what you are looking for we can provide you with a fee based on your requirements. This way we do not build in components that you don't need.

"Having a trainer that is remote has worked quite well for me. The programs you made up for me I am still not bored of although I do tend to go for the cardio program because it gives me the best results in the time frame I have available.
