Stability & Strength

These classes focus on core, hamstring and glute strength, shoulder and upper body stability, improvement of stabilisation muscles, and improvement of flexibility.

Location: North Epping Girl Guides Hall, Boundary Road, North Epping

Time: 6:30pm - 7:15pm - 5 min warm up, 30 mins of training, 10 mins of relaxation and flexibility stretches

Dates: 7 July to 25 August 2020

Max number of attendees: Ten

Cost for the classes: $120 (non-refundable)

Equipment required (MBM can assist by purchasing these for you):

  • Dumbbells
  • Fitball
  • Pilates ring
  • Resistance band (three resistance levels)
  • Yoga block and strap
  • Exercise mat
  • Resistance ring bands (supplied by MBM)
  • Foam roller (supplied by MBM)

Conditions:

  1. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable if you are unable to attend.
  2. If you are unable to attend a class you can make it up by participating in one of our regular MBM classes (excluding High Intensity) within 6 months from the date you were unable to attend.
  3. Regular clients are unable to use these classes as a make up class.
  4. Participants should not have any injuries or illnesses that would prevent them from participating in this activity.
  5. You require your own mat and equipment for this class. MBM may be able to assist with purchasing of equipment.
  6. Class focus areas may change without notice and all clients will be advised in advance if they do.
  7. Mats and yoga straps are required for every class.
  8. Classes are currently online and clients participate at their own risk. All care will be taken to ensure the safety and well being of all participants.
