Kaz - Director and Fitness/Running Coach

Kaz has a 30 year passion with exercise and it lead her to kickstart Mind Body Motion in 2006. Her past life was in a corporate environment so she is no stranger to leading teams of people to successful outcomes. These days she is happiest in a pair of runners and training shorts, working with clients outdoors. Her creativity and passion shows in her programs and the ways she motivates her clients to achieving their goals. She lives in Chatswood with her beloved cat Patches.


Karen - Fitness coach

Karen found her way to Mind Body Motion through a shared love of fitness and food. Her background as a dietitian is very helpful when she is training you. She also has a love for netball and is a strength and conditioning coach for the sport. That also means she is quite competitive so don’t ever challenge her to a fitness duel! Karen lives in West Ryde and is married to Paul. They have two girls, Abby and Sophie.


Heidi - Fitness Coach

Heidi has loved exercise since she was a teenager. She recalls her Jane Fonda days and then she progressed to Les Mills at the local gym. These days she enjoys working outdoors and in the gym. Heidi is our strength expert. She loves using weights and teaching people how to become strong and utilising their functional strength. She can be found either in the gym or at home regularly working out. Heidi lives in Winston Hills with her husband Lucas and her son Aidan.


Alexa - Fitness Coach

Alexa is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and hopes to become a clinical physiotherapist when she finishes university. She has always been a keen skiier and she loves travelling, sport and cooking. Being new to this industry, Alexa brings with her knowledge of the latest fitness trends and directions. Alexa lives in West Pennant Hills.
