Lisa celebrates five years!

I’ve been with Mind Body Motion for just on five years now and I love the diversity of the programs offered.  You don’t get bored!

Over this time my general fitness has improved and when injuries hamper those efforts Karen, my Fitness Coach, is quick to offer an alternative and adapt the exercises to suit.

Exercising outdoors is awesome, no confines, no sweaty gyms for me thank you very much, and the social aspect of working out in a group is awesome! I also love the coffee and the chat afterwards.

For me it’s not always been easy but there has been no judgement made if I’m not able to run as fast as the next person. I’ve gone along for my own self-improvement and had plenty of positive encouragement along the way to push myself and I have.  And I do reap those benefits.  I am feeling so much better after having gone to MBM every week.
