High Intensity

Give your new year a fitness boost by adding this six week program to your routine!

To kickstart the year we have a six week high intensity program. This group of classes is for someone looking for a faster paced class that pushes you just that little bit harder in a faster paced environment.

Free trial class on 14 February!

When: Thursdays

Location: George Thornton Reserve, West Pennant Hills

Time: 6:00am for 40 minutes - 5 min warm up, 30 min class, 5 min cool down

Type of class: Cardio and strength, fast paced workouts with mimimal rest breaks!

Dates: 21 Feb, 28 Feb, 7 Mar, 14 Mar, 21 Mar, 28 Mar

Min number of attendees: Four (class may not go ahead if numbers fall below four)

Max number of attendees: Six

Cost for the classes:

You can sign up for all six classes or come to the dates that suit you.

MBM members: $60 all six classes, or $12 per casual class

Non-MBM members: $72 all six classes, or $14 per casual class

You must book in for these classes - walk ins not accepted.

Conditions:

  1. These classes require you to book in advance due to the restriction on number of attendees.
  2. If you aren’t at the class on time you may be refused entry to the class, or you may not be permitted to commence the class until after you complete a 5 min warm up on your own – this will be at the coaches discretion for safety reasons and to mimimise class disruption. The warm up will be conducted by the coach with the group as a whole.
  3. The classes are open to everyone however if you are not a regular MBM client you will need to complete an assessment form and you must already be exercising and have a good level of fitness.
  4. If you book for a casual class, there is a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class you will be required to pay the fee.
  5. If you sign up for all six classes, there is no refund available if you are unable to attend any of the classes.
  6. Fees are payable in advance.
