High Intensity

A high paced intense class! All the gear is set up for you specifically and you're ready to go. 5 mins to warm up, 30 mins intense training, and 5 mins cool down.

Location: George Thornton Reserve, West Pennant Hills

Time: 6:00am for 40 minutes - 5 min warm up, 30 min class, 5 min cool down

Type of class: Mondays - strength with a focus on glutes and core, Thursdays - cardio and strength. Fast paced workouts with mimimal rest breaks!

Minimum number of attendees: Four

Max number of attendees: Ten

Cost for the classes: $12 per class

You must book in for these classes - walk ins not accepted.


  1. The class will be set up ready to go by 6:00am. You MUST be there to start at 6:00am SHARP. If you arrive after 6:00am one of the following will occur: (a) you will be required to complete a minimum 5 min warm up on your own prior to starting with the class or (2) if you are deemed as too late to join, you will be unable to join the class. This is to ensure that the flow of the class is consistent and uninterrupted, and that all participants receive the best out of the class.
  2. As the equipment will be set up prior to 6:00am, please ensure you advise if you are NOT attending the class. Weights and gear will be set up for each individual so this is important, again to maintain the flow of the class.
  3. These classes are separate to our regular MBM classes. You only pay for the classes that you attend, and this is billed at the end of the term. If you are unable to attend, please give 12 hours notice, in writing. If you provide less than 12 hours notice, you will be required to pay the class fee.
  4. The aim is to give you the best possible workout in the 40 mins. There will be minimal breaks and you are encouraged to work to your maximum, safely of course! However, you determine your level. If you need a break then you will be able to lower the intensity however these classes are intended to be intense.
  5. The warm up will only be 5 mins. If you feel you need a longer warm up, please come earlier and commence your own warm up before the class.
  6. Any injuries or issues must be called out at least 12 hours prior to the class so that the workout can be adapted for you. If this has to be done on the fly then it is disruptive to other participants.
  7. These classes are exclusive of any other MBM classes and cannot be used as makeups for our regular classes, nor can a regular class be used as a makeup for a missed high intensity class.
  8. There will be no walk-ins on the day, and a minimum number of four people required to run the class. The classes have a maximum number of ten people.
  9. Classes are currently online during COVID-19 in 2020 and completed at the clients own risk.
