Our outdoor group exercise classes are a terrific way to get fit, and have fun! We combine a mixture of cardio and resistance based exercises utilising your bodyweight, medicine balls, weights, boxing, resistance bands, and kettlebells. The classes are designed to improve overall fitness levels focusing on the major muscle groups as well as your core.
