



Group Classes
Lifestyle Conditioning with Circuit group classes
Mind Body Motion runs many outdoor circuit group classes throughout the week, combining simple cardio and resistance training exercises. Every individual can work at their own level, so whilst you may have beginner level individuals working at a moderate pace, you can have more experienced exercisers pushing themselves to the max! Classes are suitable for male or female, and all ages - as youthful as 16 and as mature as 60!
It's a fantastic social environment where you will meet new people and have a great time whilst you are doing something healthy! The groups are small with a maximum of 16 people per class and therefore you receive individual attention to assist you with the exercises and technique.

Per session - $15
Classes are payable by direct debit every 4 weeks ($60) or cash/cheque/direct debit every 12 weeks ($180). Classes are non-refundable. If you cannot attend you can do a makeup class within 6 days. For all Terms and Conditions click here.
