Fitness Tests

Fitness Tests are back!

If you'd like to get an idea of your current fitness level and have something to work towards, then join us for our Fitness Tests in 2019. They might just be the boost you need!

We are testing under four main categories.

  • Flexibility - helps to reduce injury
  • Single leg balance - helps to reduce risk of falling as you age
  • Cardiovascular - important for your heart and lungs
  • Endurance and strength - overall health and well being

Dates: 23 Mar, 29 Jun, 28 Sep, 14 Dec

Time: 3:00pm

Duration:  Our tests will run for approx. 1.5 hours overall (depending on the number of participants), and will have a specific order which will be repeated exactly the same each time.

Location: George Thornton Reserve, View Street, West Pennant Hills. We have chosen this location due to the nature of the fitness tests.

Cost: $25 - All equipment is supplied and your results will be emailed to you. Advice will be given as to how you can improve your results in the future.

You must book in for these sessions - walk ins not accepted.


  1. The sessions are open to everyone however if you are not a regular MBM client you will need to complete an assessment form and you must already be exercising and have a good level of fitness.
  2. Fees are payable in advance.
  3. You can attend one or all of the sessions however it is encouraged to attend them all to review if your performance has improved.
