City 2 Surf

Every year Mind Body Motion offers a City 2 Surf training program, whether you would like to walk or run the City 2 Surf.
In 2009, 29 clients either walked or ran the event with fabulous results. Even if you are a novice runner, or have never run before, Mind Body Motion can help you to participate successfully in this great Australian event. We cater for all ages and all fitness levels. In 2009 the youngest client running was 16 and the eldest was 59!
In 2010, approx. 50 clients and friends will undertake the event.
The training program includes the following:
- Fortnightly training sessions from May through to July
- Advice on what training to do during the weeks leading up to the event
- Registration to the City 2 Surf event
- A Mind Body Motion running t-shirt or singlet
Mind Body Motion also has a monthly Running / Walking Club to prepare you for the C2S training.
C2S is a great way to achieve a personal goal as well as participate in extra training helping you to improve your fitness!
