Star client of the month - Jayne

My husband Paul and I emigrated to Australia from the UK in August 2008. Arriving mid-winter and with no furniture to speak of, we waited for our container to arrive from the UK with our belongings. We rented a lovely house and filled it with two camp chairs, an inflatable bed and a few items donated by friends. This did not make it easy to slip into our old couch potato ways. So with trainers on we began to explore our neighbourhood. Within weeks we were walking daily, cycling and bushwalking on the weekends. Not having any of our home comforts was the catalyst to improving our fitness and overall health.
