Day On a Plate

Posted by on 13 December 2016 | 0 Comments

This months day on a plate is from Marie, one of our Epping group class clients. She is a very busy mum, working full time, while juggling the plethora of extracurricular activities in which her two boys participate. Posted by on 12 December 2016 | 0 Comments

I love walking and when I arrived to Australia I found ample parks and bushland for my walking leisure. Another thing which fascinated me was various walking festivals held all around year and one in particular City2Surf got me allured. As City2Surf and I were born in same year we are sort of a birthday buddy. However my acquaintance with City2Surf started at the age when the life begins :-) And I promised myself to keep this relationship till forever albeit my fitness level keeps up with age. Therefore to build my fitness level, I joined MBM in 2013 on six week trial.
