Group classes

Our outdoor group classes are full of variety. They have a mix of cardio and resistance and are designed to get your heart rate up, burn fat, and build strength.

Pilates

Pilates classes consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

High Intensity

Our High Intensity classes are a compact 40 minute workout that will push you just that little bit harder. they are designed for the indivudal that is short on time and wants to really push up their fitness levels.
